This has to be one of the most beautiful and tranquil lodges we've been too, the decor is stunning. The hosts are absolutely amazing, they are so caring and constantly make sure that you are fine and happy. Honestly 10 out of 10, we will definitely stay here again.
An amazing place to stay in peace and tranquility. The location next to the river is beautiful and we were lucky enough one evening to see several hippos. A relaxing place with beautiful grounds and well thought out lodges.
Angie & her husband created a beautiful area in the middle of the nature: very stylish private lodges as well as a shared swimming pool and and sit-in area. We were surprised by the love to the detail which made this stay even more special!
Highlight:
Our lodge had an indoor + beautiful outdoor shower, a private kitchen & „braai“ (BBQ) station looking at the river.
Tip:
The next grocery store is a little further out, so we recommend to buy some stuff for a „braai“ in advance.
