Great location with beautiful mountain view. The place is so peaceful, pleasant and have clean rooms. The staff lady was incredibly helpful and generous. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The location was good the lodge is centrally located close to the pier. Margate Mall is just around the corner and there's a Jet, Shoprite and Pep stores close by. Also banks and restaurants are within walking distance. I bought food outside and didn't have any meals at the restaurant. The cleaning lady Happiness was super and she gave me extra coffee, tea and sugar.
No breakfast eaten at the lodge, however this guesthoyse is a gem. Our room and bathroom was enormous and the view was breathtaking.
Although it is located in a slightly older part of the town, it is certainly worth visiting and unbelievably well priced.
Everything was alright I really enjoyed my stay over at Margate Beach Lodge I certain my next visit I won’t hesitate to put up as my first option. Tv is the only thing I can ask to be looked at but it was okay just that it was a bit blurry.
