The owner greeted us in person and made us feel exceptionally welcome and comfortable. The lodge has been in her family for 100 years! The grounds are beautiful. The rooms, though updated, have retained much of the original character.
Nice and Clean Lodge, Aircon in room was excellent especially with how hot it was over the weekend, Always warm water when taking a shower. Had a great weekend.
Everything,the place is beautiful.What I liked most was that even though they have dogs they are fenced off from coming to the lodger's side.The bed was so comfortable,the kitchenette is beautiful with all the utensils you may need.There's tea,coffe,rusks and milk in the fridge.I would most definitely book again.
The best lodge I've probably ever been in. The hotel has excellent service, a delicious breakfast, spotless rooms, and is in a tranquil neighborhood. It's gorgeous! I was at peace with myself.
