I liked nothing about the place. It is actually bad especially room 99.Horrible.Dirty Mault in the bathroom with no windows. When you shower the water creates an actual dam on the floor. I had to mop it so many times after showering.

Did not have breakfast, the cottage we stayed in was clean, kitchen had all utensils too one would need. Xander attended to concerns / issues promptly and the communication was on point from day 1 of reserving the place.

The property was very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by lots of nature. Our little lodge/chalet was amazing and very comfortable to spend the whole entire day in without feeling too bored especially being able to sit outside on the deck with the braai going. The staff were so friendly as well as the hosts who were very accommodating.

The place overall was beautiful. What you see in pictures is what you get. The customer service from the whole team was great. Precious from reception was wonderful, from beginning to end , she was very patient with me in all questions I had.
We got complimentary tickets to a game drive, which made the whole experience wonderful.
The rooms were lovely. All our issues were attended to quickly on the lodge.

The accommodation was great and met our expectations. Was clean, comfortable and had everything you would expect. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was perfect none of us had complaints. Pool was very nice and not too cold. The view and amenities we spectacular. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and recommend to friends, family and anyone considering visiting the lodge.
Mike was quite helpful with our last minute booking and made sure we understood everything. Pool table kept kids quite busy. They have more tv channels compared to other lodges who assume we all like watching sports programs
