This was my first time booking with Road Lodge, Ive been at City Lodges before, theres quite some notabale differences like the size of the room and other amenities but the price and what we got matched
It’s clean , organised and plenty of plants providing cool refreshing atmosphere.
Unlike other lodges , the furniture is not fancy but neat and all in tact
No breakfast nor utensil primarily found at hotels/lodges.
Additionally, website development should improve to show available resources, capacity and times.

friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location, safe and just walking distance from Sandton city. I love the carpeted feel of the rooms, unlike the cold feel of the rooms one gets with other Road lodges with tiles.
Stayed here for a few days while going on safaris and enjoying other local attractions. The lodge is well located on the edge of natural bushland. I usually had breakfast on the front Veranda where I could watch the elephants and baboons strolling by. This just added to the unique experience of staying in the area. The lodge has recently been upgraded and my room was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service.
