When we arrived and saw the sign "Backpacker Lodge", our expectations went down. But we got much more than we expected. There was a secured parking lot to park our rental car. The view to the beach and the bay is amazing. The stuff is very friendly. We had a family room with a big private bathroom and our own fridge. There is also a kitchen, a living room with TV and a winter garden where you can eat and get in friendly contact with other guests.

The enitre place is amazing! They have lovely 6 dogs in the property who are absolutely adorable. They make the place lively.
The whole setup is very beautiful and peaceful.
The lodges are very nice and cozy. There is everything you will need in the kitchen too.
Also the owners are very helpful and nice people to deal with.

Cozy rooms and nice ambience, convenient position close to beaches, shops and restaurants but also Constantia wineries and Cape Town city centre. Definitely good value for the money. But the real plus of the lodge is its host Alex, who made his best to make us feel at home and enjoy our staying at most. Our trip would not have been so rich and pleasant without his precious advices and suggestions and, of course, his famous smoothies!
Victorsklook caters for all kinds travellers. We enjoyed their exceptional hospitality into a welcoming "home" . The owners ans staff understand the meaning of hospitality and they made us feel family. Excellent location , views and safe neighbourhood. Close to constantia glen winery and feels like an actual lodge. We rate this a 10
Alex is a very friendly&helpful host. The Lodge is very close to the beach, shops&restaurants. We felt very at home. Best scrambled eggs by Alex himself:) we really enjoyed our stay.

So on my last two nights there, a leak sprung from the ceiling. Low and behold, the moved me to one of the best rooms in the lodge. The view over the harbour and the mountains were just fantastic. Otherwise, better than most in Cape Town.
