The view was amazing. The hippo's [and sometimes elephants, koedoes, crocodiles and impala's) roam around the sabie river that is right in front of the accomodation so its like going on safari. The arranged safaris with the Sabie River Bush lodge were amazing. The driver casca was very nice and could tell u a lot about the animals and he really tried (and succeeded) to find all the animals we could think of.
Staff were brilliant. The Lodge have their own safari vehiles and guides. . Chadrack our guide was amazing. helping with my granddaughter and her wheelchair. He was very informative telling us all about the animals.
The food in the restaurant was good and the main lodge was lovely. Our room was adequate. Beds were comfy. Everywhere was very clean.
Close enough to Hazyview which had a great Mall. We had a hire car to get around in.
Wow! Absolute nice and clean Lodge for a Stay in Krueger National Park! Very kind staff and a great Safari Game Drive. Awesome Pool with a direct view to Krueger and some Hippos. Love to stay here again!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at Linvale Country Lodge. Charles and Miné gave us a warm welcome, told us all about the environment and shared tips on where to go. Ask them to book you a safari, it is great! Also, stay for dinner, because the food we had was delicious. Those braai evenings were so good! Thanks for the wonderful stay, this is one to remember.
This accomodation is situated in an absolutely astonishing location.
The tented lodges rest down in the valley at the banks of the sabie river and are very comfortable and with good technical standards.
The view from the restaurant and the bar as well as the pool was absolutely stunning. You could see the rapids and also parts of calm, running river.
The best was the very warm staff whose hospitality and helpfulness was definitely a reason to come back again.
Great job to the whole team!
We enjoyed our stay at Blue Jay Lodge! Phil and Margie were super friendly, gave us some good hints for restaurants and our trip on the Panaroma Route. They also organized a Safari in KNP for us and provided us a lunch box as we were picked up before the breakfast time. Btw the regular breakfast on the other days was great!
The room was large, clean and equipped with everything we needed.
We would book it again, if we come here again in the future.
