The views are spectacular, the location of the guest house is superb easy access to go to town to visit Franskraal, Hermanus and all other surrounding areas. I stayed in a very expensive hotel near the waterfront in Capetown and that was very underwhelming compared to the guesthouse the food the room the service was way better at Sea Star Cliff. Absolutely love this accommodation would stay there every time that's for sure. We travel a lot in SA and have stayed at many Guesthouses and this is the absolute best. The pictures you see on the various platforms om this guest house is exactly what you get. Well done to the owners lots of heart and soul in this accommodation.

Booking at the Lodge was value for money. The rooms were exactly as is on the website. The room was luxurious with beautiful views of the sea. Excellent service from Carol the Manager and Sinazo the chef. They made our stay as a couple a beautiful and memorable one.
Everything is perfect, it's really giving 5 star vibes. We were so happy. The lodge exceeded our expectations and the breakfast is so lekker, stuff is well trained and friendly❤️🥰❤️
All in all it was one of the best lodges I‘ve ever been to. We had the most incredible room with view. The breaki was excellent. We didn’t miss anything that time.

Saxon Lodge is nicely located above the Gansbaai harbour and has beautiful views. Accommodation and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Caron and Dave are superb hosts - they had good recommendations during our stay.
