Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
A warm, welcoming lodge offering magnificent views of Apia and the ocean beyond. The manager is lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her, whether it’s arranging transportation or printing out plane bookings. Her radiant hospitality extends to a daily van service into town- though you’ll have to arrange your own return on weekends. The place exudes strong upmarket potential.
Beautiful views. Lovely accommodating staff especially Lolita. I would highly recommend this place and I’m sure that when we visit our homeland again we will be sure to book with Dave Parker eco lodge.❤️👍💯
The lodge is on the hill, the view is beautiful. The surrounding is very nice and quite. The room was simple, but neat, it was well equipped.
Lolita was very kind and helpful.
I can only recommend the place.
Beautiful Scenery, and Welcomed by amazing hosts and Million dollar views, away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city centre. A great place to go and Relax and get away and be surrounded by nature and the true beauty of Samoa. Many tropical fruit trees and native flowers. Embraced by a waterfall as you drive up to the entrance to the Lodge. Definitely Paradise.
The location, views, and entire property were stunning, eco lodge, they grow fruit vegetables and are very sustainable, this was impressive!. At the bottom of the property there's a private incredible swimming hole and waterfall, I'm so glad I found this place.
I loved the availability of the owners and staff - they were generous with their time with conversations or explanations about the facility and their own passions in maintaining the free spirit of simplicity and respect for the environment. I loved the delicious local food, I loved the privacy and the luscious surrounds. Dave Parker's Eco Lodge is perfect for people needing time out surrounded by nature and nurtured with good wholesome local foods.
The breakfast was great-variety from day to day and well presented. Also all meals were available and the food was excellent. The view from this lodge was second to none. This was our last 3 days in Samoa, so the perfect place to unwind and prepare to return home.
While Apia is a fun and walkable town, getting out to (and staying in) the mountains is a must. Dave’s lodge is the ideal place to enjoy such a stay.
