Beautiful room and overall property in a quieter (but still well situated) area of Ninh Binh - staying here was the highlight of our time in Vietnam outside of our Sapa trek. The included breakfast was delightful and we enjoyed the food so much we ended up having most meals here over the course of the week. It was great being able to borrow bikes and super simple/safe biking to the Trang An boat tour, ancient capital, and Tuyet Tinh Coc. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend some time in Ninh Binh!

Location: This homestay is so peaceful to stay at but only a short motorbike to main attractions like trang an river boat tour (5min) or mua cave viewpoint (15min). If you don't mind that commute, I would highly recommend.
Social: I really loved this homestay for its social scene. I opted to stay in the private room, but I got to meet so many people in the shared spaces. We all would eat breakfast together.
Food: The food was quite good here, probably the best food I had Ninh Binh and Phong Nha. All prepared by the family.
Room: My private room was very clean and very spacious. No complaints.

This place was perfect! The location is great, room was immaculate with a really nice out door area. The staff were exceptional and couldn't help us enough. We had a health scare and had to visit the local hospital early one morning, one of the staff members came with us to help translate everything and walk us through each step and waited there with us for hours until we could go home. We couldn't have done it without him. I really can't recommend this place enough. Thank you Lodge By Tam Coc.
Great experience. Nice rooms and friendly and supoortive staff. Very well situated: isolated from the city mess (middle of a rice field) and close to Trang An and Mua - one can easily access them by bike (offered at the lodge for free) or motorbike (rental available at rthe hotel).
We extended our stay twice because we loved everything about our stay at Trang An Ecolodge. From the view and the beautiful spacious rooms to the rental of the motor bikes. We especially liked the extremely kind and helpful staff (shout out to Tom!) that made us feel at home, welcomed us at the accommodation at 6 am when our night bus arrived way earlier in the morning than expected and provided us a travel bag for in the bus to our next destination.
We liked the closeness to Mau Cave and the newness of the place. The ecolodge is still not complete but they are working towards with an air conditioned breakfast area and other improvements. It has only been opened for about 2-3 weeks.

The accommodation in lodges have a lot of charm. The location is perfect in a very peaceful and calm setting surrounded by nature.
