This place is simply one of the very very best in Ha Giang. Astonishing views, very friendly and helpful family who will help with a variety of situations for travellers (they sent something I left back to Hanoi for me!). Food was so delicious and the mountain view hut rooms with ensuites are glorious. Perfect 10 :))

Very beautiful place. Very clean and nicely decorated. In the rooms, they also had very nice soap and shampoo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could store our belongings during our Ha Giang loop that we booked via a different agent. Thanks to the friendly team there!

We really enjoyed our stay at TV Palm Ecolodge. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special mention to Tung who went out of his way to make our stay a great one including a trip to nearby green tea plantation. The location of the property was great - very beautiful setting amongst rice fields and mountains. Thank you for a great stay.

Ha Giang is dammn beautiful but It's more impressive when Vietnamese people have many charity activities for this location, especially Ha Giang Yolo House They support for children in remote areas affected by floods and storms. Just come and contribute with the hotel! the service is good & breakfast with many unique local dishes. I am very happy if i go back to Ha Giang to stay with you guys. Many thanks to Mr Ninh to helping us discover Ha Giang

The property is in a beautiful landscape and everything is incredibly well maintained and taken care of - the gardens are beautiful! The staff is very friendly and provided good vegan food for us. The cats that belong to the lodge are very cute.

This place is a hidden gem for sure. The views are incredible and the atmosphere is so peaceful. It’s a great place to go to escape after the busy Hanoi. We want to give special recognition to Tung/Cady for his kindness and the amazing hike he took us on. The Ecolodge organised a private full day hike to local villages through rice terraces and we got lunch provided by a local family. We felt extremely welcome here and would definitely recommend this place.

Dong, Brave and their team are super kind and helpful, I really had a good time there, I'd love to come back. The resort is beautiful with traditional wooden houses and bungalows. The location outside the town is so good if you want to be in a calm place, with a nice environment and beautiful traditional villages around.

Stayed two nights and never saw beyond thick cloud (not the lodges fault though). I understand it has an awesome view though. Property is gorgeous, with a deck that would be amazing to admire the view from on a clear day. There was a cozy stone fireplace in the dining room that we sat in front of for on a cold, foggy, and wet day, feeding the fire while stuck in the clouds.

Very cute location and lodges. Kim helped us to book the bus to go back to Hanoi and was there anytime we needed. Her and her family are very welcoming. She organised a live concert the second night and it was really nice.
