Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Traveler's Lodge was a little gem so close to the Yellowstone West Park Entrance. The room was a very nice size and the bathroom was spacious and had upgraded facuets and tub. Our room had a microwave and small fridge that we had requested. Parking was right beside the room and make it very easy to unload and load. The staff was very helpful in leaving our key was we were delayed in arriving. It was a great spot and the bed were especially comfortable.
Amazing lodges, beautiful rustic design! The staff was great and even though we were missing some kitchenware, they were kind to provide us with plastic plates and forks!
My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying at Golden State Inn very much. The lodge was clean and room was big enough for two people. Their breakfast burrito was also such a pleasure. I definitely recommend to any travelers who want to stay in private and modern places.
This was one of the most unique lodges that we have ever stayed at and that’s saying a lot as we just finished visiting all 50 States with Montana being the last one. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer!!!
The room was great and the staff is awesome. They offer free laundry service and space for cooking with grills. They have almost all the details of hospitality right.
Compared to the lodges inside the park this is way better and way more affordable. Highly recommended.
