This was our third time at the Tapoco Lodge, and we love it so much! It is such a gorgeous property, with trail access a good restaurant and incredible staff. We love coming here and will continue to come back.
I drive down this beautiful scenery road and then I see this very nice and clean building next to a river flowing down the mountain. At first I did not believe that this was where I was staying the night, but it was. The lodge was nice, cozy and clean. They have charging for electric vehicles up the mountain which is a bit of a walk back down but their staff was so nice one of them stopped and drove me up the mountain back to my car without me asking. The food tasted fantastic and even though it was somewhat busy it came out quick and hot.

Where it’s nestled; I love the big gorgeous lodge, and the perfect cabins. Loved sleeping with the windows open to hear the water rushing.
I loved the mclaren and R8 that were parked at the cabin across from us.

such an incredible delight to come around the bend and see Tapoco Lodge! what a gorgeous place! our room was updated and we loved the fire pit and dinner. just magical! and the breakfast was delicious too.
Breakfast was delicious..staff were all very nice and helped any way they could. Rooms very clean and beautifully decorated, beds we very comfortable. We enjoyed their knowledge of the history of Tapoca Lodge and area. A beautiful gem in western North Carolina.
Everything about this place was perfect; the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, beautiful location with stunning views in every direction, very well decorated with all the personal touches showing just how much thought and care goes into the stay of every guest. We cannot recommend Tapoco Lodge enough and even looked to extend our stay - plenty to do and see for a few days trip and great value for money.
