Room was very clean, This Econo Lodge is right next to Raymond James Stadium, The staff was friendly and easy going. Easy check in Checkout process! The Room had good Air Condition, Lighting, Good amount of towels and Amenities like shampoo! 10 out of 10 for a Motel!
The staff was very confused about the facilities use of the pool, and the place was a complete mess under reconstruction. The Staff did not advise the patrons of the renovations. Leaving us stuck at the facility and no immediate options for lodging. The Staff did not help us make alternate lodging arrangements.
The staff was pretty friendly but that's about it. The room was in bad shape with mold on the ceiling and everything was run down. It felt like a half way house too. A guy approached me in the lobby and asked for money for food. I meant to wage a complaint against the lodge but I kept moving on my trip. I'll put that complaint in separately and hopefully get some compensation. It was not a comfortable stay at all!
It's way better than the Value Lodge where I stayed for 2 weeks and Police were there at least 14 times. They have security here and feel a lot safer. All of the staff were nice and friendly. Will be coming back here again.
It is not worth the stay its less than a roach motel
The advertising was false the room smelt like dogs was in it no microwave no mini fridge the bathroom was just the worst. No stars for value lodge I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone
Nothing about the Valuelodge terrible facility rooms are terrible staff is terrible not worth the fee at all rat hotel
