Tara was very helpful when our privacy/room darkening shade would not work. She came to our room and assisted us in getting the chain to work. There was a ball bearing on the chain that was stuck & had to be dislodged.
The staff are helpful. The room is clean and the location is close to kalahari Water park and Great Wolf Lodge water park
