Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

The lodge was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were courteous and welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definately stay here again.

Love the location . We have stayed several times at this hotel when it was Econo Lodge property . Never had issues . Not only was it us we had guests that was with us . This time was horrible . People coming in and out the stair door slamming doors . One couple was fussing this morning around 3 . Also someone about 1:30 knocking on our door waking us up , that door outside going up stairs needs to be locked after a certain time at nite so no one can come up the stairs .

We loved the location and fabulous view, not offered with most of the single cabin rentals. Breakfast was fantastic. Our host, Chelsey (sp.) helped unload out bags at check-in and gave us a tour of the Lodge. We enjoyed the service and local advice of Breakfast Server, Trish.

It was clean, newly renovated on the inside. We left Howard Johnson early because it was absolutely filthy and Econo Lodge was absolutely nice!!
