Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

The facilities were clean, although it is visible that this is an older site. I believe this used to be a Travelodge. The bed was comfortable, the appliances provided worked fine, staff was friendly, and area was quiet. There were eateries nearby the site. Overall, the experience was pleasant, for overnight.

I booked by hotel .com and I paid with pet friendly room it was different price in one without pet. When I checked in they told me I need to paid the 15 dollars extra for my dog. I told her I did already and she said is not seeing in there I paid before because I book it in different site and not directly with econo lodge. After complaining she said is fine For this time

it is a charming historic building very nicely restored and renovated in a perfect location for walking along the river in the central strip where all the restaurants, stores, and monuments are. It also has a small parking lot adjacent and parking is included in the price [not additional as with most other historic lodgings]. The bed was very comfortable and the spacious room we stayed in includes a large desk, a sofa and two reading chairs. Complimentary beverages and popcorn are offered.

Location was good. The breakfast was OK but not up to expectations for $475.00 total for two days of lodging.

It was good for the price. It was a last minute find so I didn't have high expectations. I've stayed at several hotels because I travelled a lot for work but this was my first Econolodge.

The Retro feeling and atmosphere of the Motor Lodge. The coffee, donuts, and popcorn were a delight also.
