The owner is the sweetest! Always checked in to see if me and my friend were doing good during our stay. Such a genuine woman and even gave us a list of recommendations to visit around the area! If were ever back in San Diego this lodge is such a vacation away from home!

The location was only a 10-minute walk from the trolley, Little Italy and had easy access from downtown. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we appreciated windows that fully opened. Staff were very friendly. On-site parking was really convenient. Price was more reasonable than other nearby lodging.

The location in Coronado was quaint; liked the history of Cherokee Lodge which has been preserved nicely. The neighborhood was quiet & the shops, ocean & restaurants were all within walking distance.
