It’s very clean and so charming. Love the ski lodge feel. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The homemade muffins in the morning for breakfast are delicious.
The room was very clean. It was a quaint room, very cozy. The bed was comfortable. It was just the right size for my husband and me. I really like the self-check in and check out. I appreciated the call I received from the staff to let me know my room was ready. We were very happy with West Winds Lodge and will definitely stay there again.
Everything about the property and staff were great! Ms. Ruthie and her staff at the front desk were very polite, accommodating and always helpful. The breakfast buffet and made to order eggs were exceptional. Kudos to the chef, he made very tasty omelets and waffles! The room was extremely clean and quiet. The property amenities provided a little something for everyone. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend MCM Elegante Lodge to any family traveling to the area!
I’m very hesitant to ever stay at old motor lodges but this was the highest rated lodging in Ruidoso even above the newer chain hotels. I’m glad I gave it a chance. The rooms were decorated with Southwestern blankets and pillows and my room even had a cozy fireplace. And the price was still lower than the chain hotels. When I make it back to Ruidoso, I’ll definitely stay here again.
It's a lovely property. Well kept and quiet. The long porch with chairs outside each unit is nice. U can visit with ur neighbors, or just enjoy the peace and quiet. It's one of the first lodges on the Upper Canyon Road, so it's easy to come and go. Bed and pillows were super comfy. It's like having ur own apartment in Ruidoso.
