econo lodge Rochester is the worst hotel ever - - filthy, smell, cold unheated , nasty, old worn filthy stained sheets disgusting dirty hotel room - we have reported them to the Minnesota hotel regulators and city and state criminal prosecutors for systemic, serial, criminal credit card theft and fraud and defamation.

We liked the service that all the workers gave us. They are humble people with a great heart for the guest and have a lot of patience. The breakfast was ok to good, not a very big one. The top on our list is the cleaniss. Entering the building and room you get a very pleasant smell. You can also see that EconoLodge is organised. It is located near a shopping mall and also great restaurants.

The 1st room we were lodged in was so musty. We complained and they kindly changed our room. The beds were not very well laid. When we requested a change of towel/ general housekeeping, the front desk staff obliged however they didn't clean our room. We raised it up with the front desk staff when we returned to our room but she was unapologetic about it saying there was nothing she could do at that time and we will have to wait till the next morning (we were checking out the next morning anyway).
