We took a bag of snacks in with us, and replaced them in the car when we left. I was shocked to see ants in our bag. Luckily everything was sealed. The lodge is the only place we took the bag in.
From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted with a smile, and my questions were answered. Checking in, I was happily surprised seeing a very clean room. The pool area is very nice with a relaxing view. Highly recommend. The price is super affordable. Thank you, Timbers Lodge staff!!!
The staff is super nice and helpful!!! A lot of activities for the kids to do all day long. Nice pool area for adults, they also have a nice splash pad area for the kids. Game room and duck pin bowling. It reminds me of a mini great wolf lodge. We will definitely go back

What an amazing place to stay! I will be honest if you are after fully teched out lodge this isn’t for you! But why would you want that coming to the Smokey’s?
I love the rustic feel and character of this home! Parking was fine no issues with that, and it had everything you need to eat in or out. I can’t explain how amazing this experience was! It was amazing!
Great location ,beautiful lodge onthe outside , carpet in rooms need to be clean, but overall, great place beautiful pools and waterslides,if you bring kids on your vacation they will love this and the parents van just relaxed! We enjoyed our stay!!!
We have stayed here when it was the Island Lodge, this was our first time back since new ownership and remodel, it was done so well and the staff were super sweet!!, the pool area was fabulous, with hot tub and cabanas and food and drink areas. this place is worth checking out, directly across from the islands!!, location, location !!!, we will come back with our families hopefully this summer for a longer stay!!
