Everything. It was in the heart of a park, so close to everything. Parking space is a lot. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was good. The room and facility is perfectly maintained. We would love to come in spring and summer

A concrete wall room. Travel lodge type, you could hear the other rooms very easily. Ridiculous crowds when I was there. I asked the front desk…’Patel’….that should tell you all you need top know…..said why yes, you can check out early, I will change your date….I was then charged $460 for my 2 day stay after I got home. Not enough pressure in the shower to get wet with. Sad property
It was spacious. Cool with the AC for sure. The host Mrs. Lilly was amazing. Walk out the back to two hammocks a picnic table and fire pit. You also have two chairs on the back part of the deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The beds were really comfortable. And if you need forgot anything at home the lodge is literally a quick 4 to 5 minute walk from the tent.
The lodge is a nice place to stay. It's comfortable, clean, and convenient. It's quiet. We have stayed at the lodge on several occasions, always clean. Thank you.
This is the 3rd time staying at The Heidi in The Bavarian Lodge. Staff is always awesome! Great communication. Rooms are always clean and wonderful! Great location! Near Betty's Country Grocery and Hofer's Bakery. Just perfectly close and far enough to the center, to enjoy it all! Won't stay anywhere else, if I can help it! 😁
The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The views were beautiful. The lodge itself is very nice and had comfy vibes. It was very close to downtown Helen with no traffic in the area. You must visit Fred’s Famous Peanuts right down the road!
We were here to spend the Christmas weekend in Helen. It was a great experience. The lodge is about 10 mins drive from the town. Room is very comfy, quiet, and convenient; got everything could have asked for. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant staff were fabulous! We were able to check in early and the lodge was able to place us in a room that while not fully accessible, it worked out okay. The lodge is in a beautiful setting.
Lodge appeared ro be newly remodeled. Staff was friendly abd helpful.
