The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! I had an issue with my vehicle and they went above and beyond to help me. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Lodging and amenities were lovely as well!
the location could not have been more perfect, the park/ swimming area/ parking along lodge for guests to join us was perfect, the breakfast was just right and so nicely done each morning
I love this lodge.always stay here when I go to Chelan. Pool outside, pool inside. Jacuzzi too. Location is amazing, by the lake. Amazing breakfast and they never run out of food like others hotels .
Our 2 grandchildren (4 and 2) were able to spend the night with us in our suite, eat breakfast, swim in the pool ( and the close lake) everything went very well. Thank you, Lakeside Lodge!
