I lodged a complaint with Hilton, Health Department, Managers we had a mattress both sides that had blood stains all over the mattress we were told that we could have a refund at the time but that they had no more rooms. This hotel is in an area where there are baseball tournaments going on so there are no rooms available, we booked this 4 months in advance.
We were offered not solution, so I had to ask for 4 mattress pads to put on the bed and we slept on top of all the bedding with our cloths on, so I reported it to all above people.
I mean for a motel type of lodging it was good. We don’t usually stay places like that but it was just for one night. It ended up being a decent place. Everything seemed clean and the bed wasn’t terrible. I’d say it’s worth what you pay for it
First of all the Two girls in front desk were really nice! The place is super neat and the room spotless clean! The pool are is beautiful and even with cool music . I loved this place, they don’t offer breakfast but they do have coffee in the morning and a microwave to use in the lodge.
