Very good breakfast. Also when tried to return from a remote lodge out of Kodiak, Alaska and couldn't make it due to the weather, the hotel cancelled my reservation with no charge. Thank you very much.

It was fun to watch the planes taking off and landing, and it felt like a lodge with all the taxidermied animals and huge rock fireplace. Food was good at the restaurant and everyone we encountered was polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Location and price are key here. The guest rooms are well located for anything in Anchorage, and priced better than others in this location. Rooms are clean and modern with a simple European flair. The hostess, Pamela, does her best to make lodgers feel at home, and to be available if needed.

The restaurant downstairs, The Fancy Moose Lodge, had such great food!
