Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Nice hotel just outside Serengeti Park. A perfect place to start safaries or even as base for safaries. It certainly is a lot cheaper than the lodges in the park.
The rooms are spacious and clean. De beds are comfortable. De food is good.
The property didn’t specify at the time of booking that we had to be at the gate before 1pm otherwise we wouldn’t be allowed in. We arrived at the gate at 3pm and we were not allowed in. We messaged the property via booking.com App but we didn’t get a response and they just took the whole payment. I cannot recommend anyone to stay at this lodge. Very poor customer service.
