The manager was friendly as well as other staff. They are very accommodating. When I contacted the manager to inform them that I could not arrive early as we were stuck at Naabi gate, he took the initiative to offer to prepare dinner for my party. They surely did and it was very good dinner. The next day, since I was going to the crater, they took care of my luggages. They are very flexible and very understanding. I surely would recommend them.

The chef was world class. Every dish was excellent. The entire staff was wonderful. My friend and I stayed three nights and the staff learned our names, reached out to us to see when we would be at meals, escorted us to our room after dark, etc. The room was beautiful. The property was beautiful. In short, I would return to Tanzania just to stay at this lodge.

AMAZING VALUE! Best lodge in Mto Wo Bu. Beautiful room, very clean, beautiful and new furniture, a/c and good price. The hotel manager is a nice young guy that even gave me a tour of the fascinating banana farm around and later drove me to a party.

Overall the place was really lovely! The rooms (Maasai Boma) were the highlight for us, so comfortable and well appointed. The food was also great, we went for the full board option and the food was tasty. Only thing, would have liked a bit more choice, would get a bit samey with a longer stay. Happy our waitress on the first day was amazing, so friendly and helpful! Walked us to the lake and told us all about the area. Overall the lodge is great, we would come back.

We had 11 great days at the resort and we loved everyday. The staff is amazing and it feels like family. We went on two safaris while we where there, and the staff is very nice to help you with the organizing. While eating breakfast or laying at the pool you are accompanied by zebras, monkeys and wilderness beats. if you are lucky you can also see hippos coming up from the lake at night! we saw them twice and it was amazing. We would definitely recommend to everyone and we really hope to come back!! Also very nice food!!

Wow what a place ! As the name indicates it has magnificent sunrises and also sunsets... Inbetween you will probably be on Safari drives 🙂. Dinner was good and tasty, the staff cheerful and helpful. The rooms and facilities are confortable. And the place, high above, with great views over lake Manyara just beatiful. A great alternative to Karatu on the way to Ngongoro or Serengati. Strongly reccomend !!!
