This hotel is the definition of a hidden gem! Very calm, quiet, and understated yet a few minutes walk to the beach where you can watch the sunset. My room looked exactly like the pictures, which was great. I was a female solo traveller and the only guest at the time, but Angy and her staff were all very personable and helped me feel comfortable. They helped me with my transport needs and various requests without hassle. If you want a place to unplug yet have easy access to Michamvi, this is a great place to stay!

Amazing place to stay in Jambiani, the pool is great, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is helpful. The ambiance is chill and calm, and breakfast is good. It's close to the main road but it can be difficult to find it by taxi/boda boda. They offer services if you need, either tours or also call a taxi for you. Hajji, Ibrahim and everyone else are super helpful and attentive.
They have a place in front of the beach for their guests to stay and enjoy their days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, helping us arrange transportation and tours. The location is perfect, close enough to Paje that we could walk there, but far enough away that it was a quiet part of the beach. The breakfast is so, so good! They even arranged for an early breakfast since we were leaving for an early tour. The ladies who cleaned our rooms were phenomenal!
Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Amazing lodge with beautiful garden and nicely designed rooms (the bathroom outside was an additional attraction). Staff is very kind and friendly - greetings to Veronica, Idris and Kalista for making our stay even greater.
Sagando is also very close to the beach - just a few minutes walk.

The owner was a great host and gave us a tour around Michamvi with lots of helpful tips at the beginning of our stay. The staff was very friendly and the Lodge serves its name right with a beautiful lush garden and a pool that is never crowded.
Milele Lodge is located in a really small village and there are not many things to do around here, but it's amazing if you want to relax.
They have a nice restaurant and a great place to hang out in the evening or during the day.
The staff are really nice and they are cleaning your room (if you want that) every day.

Zion Lodge has a beautiful garden almost like a botanic garden. The staff is really nice and extremly helpful. The lodge provide fantastic breakfast and upon request lunch and dinner. Highly recommended place to stay.

Breakfast was great, fresh fruits, fresh drinks pressed from local fruits. Since the lodge i a cca. 300 meters away from the beach, no party noice. Very quite in the afternoon except bird singing. We had a rental car and a parking lot was avaiable all the time. Staff amazing, reading your wishes before you can tell them.
The b & b consists of many nice lodges in a very beautiful and well-kept garden. The room was quite large and comfortable. The staff and the host are really nice and helpful, ready to accommodate our every request.
