This place is lovely! I stayed before and after my kilimanjaro climb. When I came the second time, the staff remembered my name and welcomed. They even gave me an upgrade to one of the lofts. Wow. This was amazing. The view from the balcony is just stunning.
Breakfast and Dinner were also amazing.
Highly recommend to stay here!

One of the good things about this hotel are the staffs and owners, they come across as a happy and friendly team who enjoy working there and would make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the owner Muksin greeted us with open arms and made us aware of everything they had to offer. The room is spacious, and was perfectly set up from the fresh towels to the lovely African print robes, slippers and beautifully decorated pillows. The bathroom was also very lovely and they provided everything you can think off from toothpaste, toothbrush, sanitary products, massage oil, mosquito repellent etc.
It offers authentic East African feel rooms that are comfortable, clean and stylish. We received a variety of complimentary teas, coffee, fruits, freshly squeezed juice and water.
The location is excellent if you want a clear view of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. When we arrived Mount Kili was hiding in the clouds but Catherine was very nice to wake us up early in the morning when Mount Kili was out so we won’t miss the opportunity, and luckily we have been very lucky after that because we had clear view of it for the rest of our stay.
There is something very special about this place and we would love to visit again. I would easily rate it 1000/10. Thank you Catherine and Muksin

We loved the green environment around the hotel with monkeys and nice birds. The pool area is also very nice. The room is clean, good bed and new bathroom. For breakfast, lunch and dinner we could order from the a la carte menu and it was all good quality. The small walk to the river is nice and apparently you can see the Kilimanjaro from there, but it was cloudy when we were there. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We really liked our stay here and would definitely recommend!

Great location, superb friendly staff that were attentive and caring. Felt like one of the family staying here.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Outstanding hospitality and value. The staff are so friendly, and even got up at 5am to cook us breakfast one morning before we left for a safari, even though we said it wasn't necessary. The rooms are big and very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and each room has air-conditioning. It's very quiet as well. The food is fantastic - portions are huge and everything is so fresh and tasty. They can cook dinner for you for US$15 if you give them some notice. A fantastic place to stay.
the stuff is very very nice and helpful.
the owner did save a luggage for me for few days while I went for a safari
and she did cook a delicious dinner for us!
very close by to the airport, convenient
