Super comfy beds with warm and lovely bedding. We had a Shan Herbal Sauna after an afternoon of kayaking that left right from the lodge - both were divine. The food was pretty good too.

The location is excellent. Walking distant from the Nam Lod cave, and several hikes. Access to the river. There are options for trips directly from the lodge. Good common areas, with restaurant available from 8am to 8 pm. Each room has its own balcony and you really feel the forest. Very peaceful place.

Cave lodge is beautifully situated in the jungle next to Ban Tham Lot - right between all of the hilltribe villages. It's a great place to book hiking, kayaking and caving trips. Tham Lot cave is a short walk away. The staff is super accommodating and kind, and the place itself is a lot of fun to just hang out in.

Friendly staff, a beautiful chilled feel, great food, and lots of adventure trips that you can do directly from the lodge, like kayaking down the river through the cave, waterfall visits and various caving trips for different levels of experience. We came here over 20 years ago, and so pleased we came back as it’s got even better!

the main cafe/ social area is so nice and comfy but the room was actually amazing! I wasn’t expecting much from a little lodge on the river but the bathroom was extremely modern and the bed was huge. We did one of the many trips the lodge provides as well kayaking through the caves and it was so cool and fun, cannot believe how much of a hidden gem this place really is.

The locals are very friendly. The lodge is located in an extremely peaceful area. One of the local dogs, that never barked, stood guard outside our unit, very friendly, It felt like home..

Staying at the cave lodge is an unforgettable experience for us. We felt in touch with nature while having all comforts met. The staff is great and the restaurant serves amazing food. The bungalows are nice and cosy, but the common area exceeded our expectations. Hope to come back here soon again!
