The staff were nice and friendly.
I went during monsoon season which definitely made the whole experience worse , which is my fault. However the resorts picture on booking.com are very misleading. The rooms/lodges are very dirty on the outside and not very clean on the inside. We had a very bad problem with ants in the room as there are cracks everywhere and the front door doesn’t close properly.
There is a 7/11 and a very nice cafe only 10 minute walk from the resort.
A very traditional, tiki Lodge feel. Really felt like I was back in Old Thailand when I was in the lobby area. Koh Chang is a little quiet for a solo traveler, but a great getaway for a couple or small family.
Beautiful resort! Cute wooden houses surrounded by trees and nature. Everything was very handy, nice swimming pool, chairs and umbrellas available near the entrance to the beach and a restaurant offering drinks and local food. The breakfast was very good with a lot choice, selection of fruits and veg, eggs, breads and pastries etc. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful with organising what’s needed. The location is perfect, just off the main road with a lot of restaurants, massage shops, little souvenirs shops and cafes.
Remote area, completely in nature, surrounded by a river, trees, bird singing. Surprisingly no mosquitos! Awesome

Is its such a tranquil resort! Best possible place to relax. And the wooden houses and walkways really give it a special atmosphere. There are two big pools, plenty of green lawns and a wonderful little beach in the front. Our hut was really nice and cozy. The service was super attentive and even reachable via whatsapp. As it does not position itself as a luxury resort, it is also amazing value for money.
