The staff was great - easy to communiate with, always willing to assist, and with a great sense of humor. The location is probably the best one you can imagine in the Northern part of the Slovak Paradise - multiple hiking trails ready to be explored. It's perfect for three days. You don't have to use a car to go to other starting points.
EDIT: I initally rated the staff as "very good" but after I posted my rating (7) on Booking.com, the staff texted me directly on my mobile phone and said quote "You rating is furstrating. You want to discourage potential guests and our reputation. I hope we will not see you again". I can understand that people have hard times accepting criticism but I will not understand nor tollerate rudeness. The staff showed not only their immaturity but also their true colors. I am downgrading my opinion on the staff to 0 brining the overall opinion about Turisticky Raj to 5.

The house is in a wonderful place. It has everything you will need and more. The nature, the silence - it's perfect. Yes, the road to the house is a forest road, but for that trip you get peace and quite. Slovak Paradise is easily reachable by foot or by car.

This is a wonderful wooden house on the edge of the field, which has been very tastefully designed. There is a lovely sitting area and a splendid panorama of Tata from the house. The bathrooms attached to the rooms are hotel quality and clean. The kitchen is really well equipped and clean. The owners are very kind and made us a delicious breakfast, as if we were at home.
