Fran was very friendly and helpful. Lodge was immaculate and very comfortable. Everything was of good quality, and view was so peaceful overlooking the mountains
This was the pick of accomodation for the ten days we spent visiting in New Zealand.
Carrick Lodge Motel would be one of the nicer motels we have stayed in. The room was very nice with all you need,extremely clean, great parking and just across the road from restaurants and shops. I would recommend staying here ..We definitely found it a nice relaxing place. Great customer service here as well.
Bob was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location was great with only a short walk from cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The room was warm and had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend Carrick Lodge to anyone wanting to stay in Cromwell.
Easy to find location. Modern lodge overlooking the fruit orchards and Bannockburn vineyards. Well equipped small kitchen, everything we needed to make dinner and enjoy a glass of wine on the sunny patio. Very comfortable.
Chris went above and beyond for us on our trip from the late night laundry done which made a lot less hassle for us to the stunning breakfast in the most scenic lodge, he knows how to do hospitality right I highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again
