The host and staff were friendly and very personable. I felt at home. The lodge was relaxing and comfortable. We had been running around San Juan del Sur and Ometepe Island prior to our stay at San Simian Lodge and thought it was the perfect place to relax before heading back home.

Pacaya lodge hotel was a beautiful property with a breath taking views. The service from the staff was exceptional and inviting. The rooms were beautifully decorated, well lit, sanitized and squeaky clean. All the rooms have AC installed to keep you cool from the outside heat. Amenities were great, food was delicious and drinks were refreshing. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Pacaya lodge and spa was a great place with beautiful nature surrounding the hotel which made the stay magical. I regret staying there for a short time but now I know for next time. The main purpose of this trip was to explore various parts of Nicaragua and see which one I can focus on better on my next trip. The staff is amazing and highly attentive to my needs and if anything happened to us. They went above and beyond for my stay there at pacaya.

The location is excellent. Laguna de Apoyo is a very peaceful destination, and San Simian Lodge made my visit to the Laguna very enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here.
