Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

The lodge is very near Opuwo, although not within the town. The breakfast was a voucher for a restoraurant within the town; it covered up to a certain amount of money, but was enough to have a quite good breakfast.

The lodge is situated on a hill with a magnificent view of the vast landscape. The same fantastic view can also be enjoyed from the pool, which is situated on the edge of the terrain. The large rooms are very modern and have a nice terrace. We had to stay a little longer due to illness. The hotel took great care of us and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Opuwo is a needed stop between Etosha and Pupa, but it is a dusty and busy town. This lodge is in an oasis of peace, near the river, off the main road. The cottages are beautiful and new, the restaurant is great, the pool is nice and also the camp sites are excellent, from the feedback we had by other guests we met in the restaurant.

A really lovely place to stay. Spacious, private, and bright rooms with a wonderful view. The owners and staff are both kind and engaging. Almost every night I was there I met friendly and interesting people from all over the world—the owners really do make you feel at home and create a conducive environment for relaxed socializing, which I thought was perfectly well-balanced with the quiet privacy the lodge offers its guests. Very charming and will definitely be back!
