Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

The place is well posted from the highway. The road to the lodge is smooth like butter. Cecilia awaited us with the broadest smile imaginable. Dinner was well priced and a good serving. Everything was just "perfecto". The rooms are specious with all that's necessary for a comfortable bush experience. Highly recommended. Don't miss the breakfast either

This was a very modern game lodge with incredibly nice staff. The rooms were so large and the bathroom was luxurious. I can't believe a place like this exists in the desert in Namibia! Absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely stunning place, rooms are top quality and the dinner is excellent. The hosts are very friendly and all staff are eager to help and cater to your needs. We had the family chalet, which has more than anyone could need. Although breakfast is included the challet itself is equipped to be fully self catering. The lodge is quiet and the units are spaced appart sufficiently so that you feel completely private. Excellent stay, will definitely be visiting again!

Being a Safari, it was a breakaway from my usual in-town hotels. It was serene, capturing the natural sounds around the lodge plus the artificial lake which attracts animals for excellent viewing. The staff was great, listening carefully and ensuring that we are comfortable. And the food! My God, the starter was out of this world!

It was an amazing experience. I wish I had stayed longer. The rooms are beautiful, neat and clean. The staff are very friendly with great customer service. The host was all round amazing. I would highly recommend Sandune Game Lodge. The peace and quiet was exactly what I need to take a break from the city. The fresh air, nature and serenity exceeded my expectations. Beautiful place.

Sandune is a hidden gem! From arrival with a sparkling smile, to beautifully furnished rooms and a bathroom that is stunning, all we can say ... we will be back. The waterhole with animals drinking in front of the pool is fantastico. The beauty of nature on this large game lodge is mesmerising!!!!!!!!
