The safari suite is exceptionally fun for kids. The beds are comfortable and facility is very clean. Great service by staff. Location is great too, near to major malls and eateries.
it seems this property reviews have complaints about changing places. And guess what? I am one of the victims. From the original reservation that has a seaview, changed to a city view. In addition, the owner asked for a security deposit of rm200 and still did not return it after 24 hours of checking out. The owner ignored all my chats after I checked out. I lodge a complaint thru customer service, and will lodge a police report after 3 days of not having any answer. BEWARE OF OWNER "SANGUINE" and "BEACON SUITE" at PENANG
I have stayed in the Mulan. There has a private bathtub in the room and the bathtub is quite comfortable. There are some animals there like cat and rabbits and the place is 1 min distance from the Bora-bora beach on foot. The food court is only 3 mins distance from Ardour Lodge. And the staff is quite friendly cz I wanted to have my dinner at the seaside but we don't have the mattress, then the staff borrow us the chairs. This is really a good place to stay!!!!! Recommeded!!!! will come back agn :D
Seriously, the hawker centre and Gurney place just next to the lodge.. the food in the plaza also nice. Overall if u want close to everything.. this is your place
It is literally next to Gurney Plaza and at night you can get food from the hawker center right in front of the lodge. There is a bus stop in front, but we took the bus that stopped at the opposite side of Gurney Plaza from the airport then walked through the mall to reach the lodge.
The room has what you need to sleep, it is clean although slightly small. The bathroom is the type where when you shower, the toilet will get wet too, but it is no issue as it gets dry pretty quickly.
