It was the nicest and cleanest place from all where we stayed during our trip in Sri Lanka! The room was big, with a large bed, AC and hot water. We had a nice terrace with garden view and we could also hear the waves, the beach is at 7 minutes walk. We could serve breakfast and dinner (but for extra charge) and the food was tasty!

Charming accommodations nestled in the jungle, right on the edge of Tangalle. They upgraded me to a room with a view and even offered a fresh coconut. The room includes a mosquito net. There's no Wi-Fi, but I had good phone service with Dialog. It's a peaceful and quiet area, far more relaxing than central Tangalle.

This is THE place to stay in Goyambokka. An easy 2 min walk from the beach (best restaurant is coconut bar). In terms of value for money- possibly the best guesthouse in Asia. Get one of the rooms on the upper floor to enjoy calm, breathtaking scenery of the majestic ocean only feet away. Malka, the host, is simply wonderful- providing the kind of 5 star hospitality one would experience in high-end resorts. Her welcoming nature is unrivaled, and you feel like you’re part of the family, rather than being in a generic hotel. Breakfast is wondrous, fresh fruits and eggs with local tea and coffee. The guesthouse is quiet, calm, and ultra relaxing. I will be coming back here at the first opportunity. Thank you Malka.

We had such a lovely stay here. The owner is very friendly and he was really helpful and cooked a great breakfast. Our room was very big and clean and the air con and wifi worked excellently. Great location to the town and beaches. Definitely recommend a stay at Summer Lodge if you are visiting Tangalle!
Very cool place directly on the beach with access to a private beach and beach bar/restaurant.The breakfast and food/drinks there are super tasty - you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Perfect for chilling.
The staff is super friendly. I had a soare throat and they helped me out immediately. You can also book some trips with them - we did a safari.
I also used the wifi at the restauran/bar to get some work done without any problems. I am already thinking about coming back for another couple of days :)

Execellent hotel. The beach, pool, service and rooms are great. The staff also planned a perfect day trip to the Udawalawe safari incl. transport, lunch, booking tickets and guide, etc. Very convenient. Highly recommend.
Very nice place with only for rooms in a calm area surrounded by a nice garden. The rooms are spacious,super clean and stylish. The owners were so nice and and made us feel comfortable and like home. Its just 8min walk to a long & empty beach and in the area you can find enough restaurants or ask for dinner at lookout lodge. We rented a scooter so we were flexible to explore the whole area with many beautiful beach spots. Definately reccomend this wonderful place!
Everything was divine. Our room was massive. AC wonderful The pool and beach were great. Perfect quiet relaxing location for us coming out of the safari’s. The staff are superb. Excellent friendly customer service
Our waiter Amila was fantastic and the chef Fernando came and greeted us and his Sri Lankan curry was sooo delicious Thank you all for exceeding my expand giving us a perfect stay.

What an amazing property, one of the most beautiful garden / park we have seen. Great view on the beach and very cute and comfortable lodges. The owners are tremendous people who are there to solve any doubts one has or just to have a chat about their story or the country itself. They were even so nice to provide an additional bed for our 3rd child. The place is even better than what you see on the pictures - in fact I would recommend to retake the booking.com pictures.
