Amazing location with beautiful views especially during sunrise. Wonderful camp staff and easy arrangement of a Jeep tour. Had a great ride with Awaad and his son seeing the sights and enjoying the stunning sunset. Family room had plenty of space and beds for our group of five. Enjoyed time around the fire, drinking tea and seeing how they cook using underground chambers. Overall, just what we needed to have a great time in a magical desert with epic stargazing.

Location is good but not excellent,lots of light around it’s impossible to take pictures of Milky Way. Not so clean but with this price, you can’t ask more. The host provides free pickup and drop off services from tourist centers and 1918 train stations.

The staff of island camp was one of the nicest hosts we had in Jordan! The jeep trip with them was amazing with many great activities around Wadi Rum. At the evening, the dinner hosted by the camp was a traditional Bedouin meal (cooked within the ground!) and during the next day when our group had some miscommunications with the driver the camp owner was very happy to help us communicate with them. Thank you!!!

Staff were very friendly. The camp was very lively in the evening. Good was tasty and good quality. The RumSky Stargazing was a lot of fun and the safari was also fun and both good price.
Great location. Pick up at the visitor centre went smoothly. Jeep safari good value for money. Food good and fairly priced. Endless supply of tea, coffee, water. Very comfortable. If you've not stayed in the desert, do it, you will not be disappointed and this is a great place to stay.

The lodges were spacious and set in beautiful mountain ranges. The Manager, Raja was very helpful and courteous.
the property is exactly what you’d expect for that budget, no complaints at all. very basic but clean and nothing was missing from the ‘desert experience’. it is located exactly where the lavish and luxury lodges also are, and at a tiny fraction of their price.
dinner was clearly home made and really, really good.
great lodges. great service. amazing food (rated by an Italian). we had a problem with the tyre of our car at the end of the trip and they gave us indications.
