I did not check in as after viewing the room it was a total let down , rooms were smelly and dingy with practically no windows or view , in a big room TV provided was 20 inches , hotel looked more like a lodge

Great experience in the dal lake. This houseboat was great to look at. In the night it resembled a city, floating on the water. The folding and lodging is great. Food was especially good. Also the people were very nice and caring. Shikaras are attached to each boat so that we can travel easily to the shore.

Property was ok, only 1 boy was maintaining this lodge and water was highly foul smelling, when brought to notice of owner, he said due to rain sewer water mixed up with tap water. He sent me to another hotel for taking bath, for coffee he charged Rs.60 per cup, no breakfast facility not recommended for tourists till he appoint staff, no towel or hand wash soap provided, his staff refused to have it, seems very casual.

The location of the hotel was in a very remote area. I went with my wife and we got very scared during the evening when we went to roam around. The staff was not at all good to us and were very rude. The pictures in the ad is very different to the actual rooms, don't get fooled by seeing them.
