Location was good. They have a coffee garden attached river stream which was cool. There is a store inside to buy the locally grown spices, Honey and coffee from the garden.

Location is very good. It's in the center of city. So easy access to most of the places. Staff was also very good. The night receptionist was very helpful, he even helped us with itinerary & booking Jeep safari for Mandalpatti peak. Other staff was bit rude. You get ample space for parking. Hot water was there for 24 hrs. Only thing was their windows doesn't have latch. Rest everything is fine.

Promise 😄 are value less, they promised in booking.com free drop facility but did gave, not hot water on ontime, promised to 3star facility but given the. Cheap lodge facility, no dental kit, no sampoo, no shower cap, no footwear as sleeper is given .
Mention the ac to give , but ac facility was not there.

Too far from the city center and its in very remote area . very narrow road with lot of potholes. curved road and Very risk drive especially in the late evenings.
