This is one of the best places to get connected with nature and yourself. This resort is situated within the Binsar wildlife sanctuary amidst dense Oak and Rhododendron trees.. There are lot of amazing trails which give you a chance to explore the flaura and fauna within the sanctuary. One wakes up to mesmerizing views, fresh air and birds chirping all around you.
The best part of our stay was meeting Preetam and Pallvi, owners of this place. One of the most humble hosts who made our stay a treat with memories of a lifetime.
You will get freshly prepared Kumaoni food with some choices for kids.
We were a family of 4 and my kids (12yr) enjoyed every bit of it. They experienced nature and learnt about the forest ecosystem, thanks to Pallavi for taking us on a 6KM trek.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and serene stay within the forest.
Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The hospitality was genuine and overwhelming. Having located in a remote area, the staff comprising of locals and city-bred tried their best to serve our needs. For a couple who hardly lived in harsh circumstances ( cold weather) and life of shortcomings, it was a bliss to have encountered and adapted to them. The rustic touch to our stay was phenomenal and lived through it every bit.
