Clean, cosy room in a guesthouse nestled in a quiet part of the Dublin mountains. A friendly welcome, and good explanation of how to use the facilities. A great escape from the bustle of the city, and well placed explore both Dublin and the countryside.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned every day and clean towels provided. Ran out of hot water one night, but a short walk downstairs to the pub to ask if something happened to the heater and issue was taken care of. Hot water 15 minutes later!!
Convenience store, coffee shop(s), restaurants and even a gas station well within walking distance.
Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
After a very hard uphill cycle this little lodge is the sight for sore eyes.
We were greeted so nicely and the guesthouse we were staying in was just beautiful. There are even all kinds of snacks and very warm and comfy blankets for a frozen traveler.
The host Siobhan was so lovely and so welcoming.
The accommodation was perfect for a break away.
Bed was so comfortable and lodge was so clean with plenty amenities.
Will definitely return.
Highly recommend for that break away from every day hustle and buste
The guest house is located in the middle of nature, it is wonderfully quiet. The room had a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen and dining table are shared by both rooms of the lodge. The equipment is suitable. Possibly you can hear through the room door conversations, etc., although we can not complain about noise.
Quiet location with good communal facilities in the lodge. Good sized bedroom with good en-suite bathroom. Very friendly and helpful host who accommodated my changing arrival time due to inclement weather.
I stayed in the Lodge. There are two rooms there. I was in one and there was somebody else in the other. Everything was clean and quiet. I'd my one private bedroom. Great value for money.
Wonderful get away in the Dublin mountains, close to everywhere city wise but feels like your in a seclusive wooded area away from the Hussle and brussel with spectacular views. Accommodation was wonderful; clean and comfortable, fully equiped kitchen with lots of essentials, parking, hospitable host. Overall I would highly recommend the lodge as it's also great value for money.
Everything was fine, nice clean place.
Very remote area, but lovely and close enough to Dublin if you have a car.
Very tranquil.
