Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Owner and staff went out their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. View of the property is amazing. Close to hike and or jeep safari, black sand, which is a real bonus. Within half hour drive from Batur, hot springs and museum.
the view was amazing, love the wooden lodge and peaceful area, best place to get away from city crowd and this is where you come to recharge your energy, nature is the best healing of all.
Great acommodation, cozy wooden house near Lake Batur and Mount Batur, the staff very friendly and welcoming, when check in the staff explain very clear what we can do near by. The bed is comfortable, linen clean and tidy, we love so much the toilet, its very clean and amenities is great. and there is one restaurant by the Lake and just 3 minutes walking distance.
The lodge is facing the mountain , it was nice , the only reason we choose this lodge but there is other lodges that facing the mountain too. But we choose this lodge because the design of the lodge very unique and beautiful.
The view, vibe and people here are really nice! love that there’s a hot spring facility right in the lodge. The fried fish was amazing too. Was back here for the second time and it won’t be the last!
The lodge is run by Joni and his family. They were very friendly and were happy to help us. For instance, they personally drove us to the Hotsprings on their motor cycle. They also drove us to our new Hotel in Mt Agung. They also organised a Mt Batur trek with a personal guide at a reasonable cost. The location is stunning with excellent views to the lake and Mt Batur. Additionally, the wifi was great, despite the remote location.
