Beautiful location, lodges had everything you need and were so cozy inside. The staff/owners are attentive and friendly, checks every night to make sure everyone is okay and happy. Felt right at home, didn't want to leave. The best birthday I've ever had staying here - will definitely be returning.
Stayed in one of the self catering lodges. Nice sized rooms, quiet, good heating/bedding balance. Quality towels and plenty of them. Privacy is not bad and the setting is pleasant. Free WiFi worked well which is good, as the signal is not great there. Good soundproofing, you wouldn't know others were around you. I'd stay there again but not at this price.
Fantastic lodges with great facilities- comfortable bed and a superb bathroom.
Veranda has great views across the vineyard and Shrewsbury. Breakfast in the View restaurant was good and the dinner fabulous. Wines were excellent too!
everything!!! location, owner, equipment, lodges, hot tub, spacious and welcoming. nothing was too much trouble, they have thought about all that’s needed to make a perfect stay.
Loved our stay at Riverside Cabins! The lodges are modern, clean and well equipped! Each lodge has a hot tub, outdoor furniture and fire pit/BBQ. We loved how dog friendly the site was! The grounds are immaculate - lovely platforms with chairs dotted along the riverbank to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! The kayaks and natural plunge pool are great as well ! We would definitely stay here again!
Peaceful & tranquil location perfect for a chilled out weekend. Ruth & Dean are the perfect hosts. Their lodges are clean, comfortable & well equipped.
Looking forward to visiting again soon.
It was everything and more than we expected! The location was beautiful, the lodges lovely and clean, everything was exactly how they said it would be and we will definitely be returning! :)
