Olly was an excellent host, very responsive. Burmieston had everything you could possibly need, the setting was amazing, the accommodation very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect.

Ideal , reasonably priced rooms and brilliant continental breakfast.
Chef David was superb, we were the only couple who had breakfast for 3 mornings.
We received individual portions of fruit and a cold plate of cheese, meat, tomato etc and copious mugs of tea / coffee.
Thick white/brown bread toasted and cereal of multiple choice.
This man deserves a mention as nothing was an effort for him.

Nice couple of nights away, lodges are really nice inside with everything you need for a break away. Right next to huntingtower hotel and only 3 or 4 miles from Perth. Nice walks with our dog
Fantastic lodges. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. We were attending a wedding at Guardswell Farm and we had plenty of room.and mirrors to get ready. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was an additional bonus...it wasn't clear on booking.com that we had that. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
Brilliant size of lodges, extremely comfortable. Beds a little small (small double rather than normal double) but so comfortable. The place was spotless on our arrival. Staff very helpful when asked for help with a few things. Beautiful surroundings and extremely well sound proofed.
Absolutely beautiful lodges. some larger with hot tubs but the smaller one we were in had a fab jacuzzi bath looking into outdoor decking and country views. Very modern and in a nice tranquil setting 10 minutes drive from Perth and 20 minutes from Dundee. Looks like a fantastic wedding/event venue where all the guests can stay too.
Lovely peaceful site in beautiful surroundings. Warm, comfortable, spacious & well equipped lodges with the added benefit of a covered jacuzzi spa bath. Amanda was friendly, helpful and very easy to contact with any queries. Furnished to a very high standard and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms.
The lodges and setting were lovely. Situated close to shops and pubs, it was an ideal getaway.
Hosts were great and went out of their way to ensure we had a great hassle free stay. Thanks again!
