Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

I walked into an empty reception and it took 5 mins for someone to appear. Went to my room that stank of smoke and foust. It got worse when I tried to turn the heating on only to find out it was broken. The very helpful reception team arranger for a portable heater so thanks. To finish of the rooms are very poorly finished, dated and appeared very unclean. Sounds like I am on a rant here, but if you want or are happy with an unclean stop over then dig in but to be fair I have stayed in better travel lodges FYI.

The staff was so accomodating and sweet, he welcomed us on Thursday night when we arrived, led us to our room and showed us what to do very calmly. It did exceed my expectations and I’m so glad to have lodged in Ramada!

Staff were very friendly, the room was clean, it was the little touches that got us, the kids loved their little elephant shaped towel and free ice cream. Free WiFi allowed us to watch netflix on the tv on our fire stick. Would definitely stay again. Booked as we had a day in west midlands safari park and booked sea life. Great location and right next to a mcdonalds, b&m and costa, park right outside perfect for the kids

Great location for safari park and Cadbury. Great breakfast and awesome staff. Turning a conference room into a play room for the little people was a lovely touch.

The price, and en route to my destination. It is run like a Travelodge with the girls on front desk pouring pints at a small bar then passing a food order to the kitchen. They work hard.
