Looking for a lodge?
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

Individually decorated studio. Brilliantly furnished. Had everything I could ever need. I had toyed with the idea of staying in the travelodge down the road, but this was so much better and was cheaper than the impersonal hotel. Comfy bed, felt at home.

It was convenient only 5 minute drive to town. Perfect for a weekend, and cheaper than the travel lodge

The lodge is easily accessible off the main road with plenty of parking. The bistro serves excellent food and is very convenient if you are staying at the hotel. The breakfast offering is good with both continental and hot meals provided. The bed was comfortable. The pool, sauna and steam room were great, we spent time there every day.

The lodge was ideally located for our walk up Pen Y Fan. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our time slot change for the spa. The evening meal in the bistro bar was reasonably priced and tasty.

The lodge was close to all the sightseeing places. So it was convenient. We were a group of 8 , and the lodge had 5 bedrooms with single beds, so we had comfortable night sleep . We hanged around in the kitchen and lounge . Children had a good time playing in the garden and in the game room in the attic.

Food really good bit pricey but expected that. We stayed in downstairs lodge it was very outdated and the bathroom had a bit of a unpleasant smell. Bit disappointed with only 1 hour of spa facilities and limited availability.

Close to town. Lovely views from the lodge. We were fortunate to be able to stargaze from the lodge on a clear night. The owner was very friendly. Plenty of parking space and the lodge was nice and warm. Would definately recommend to others!
