I really enjoyed my stay, but mostly because I can make myself comftable anywhere and the owners were so nice, helpful and the bed was really comftable. But. The pictures suggested that this lodge is a single cabin on the property. In fact it is one of four apartments of a smaller cabin complex. You have to park your car directly at your front door, which give you a "nice" view from the little terrace at the entrance of course. The walls are very thin (I heard my neighbours snore) and you are very, very close to them because of the small Site of the complex. It wasn't the silent stay I imagined. The walls are made of wood and were very dusty which gave me a hard time as an allergic. I am pragmatic, I cleaned them myself after the first night.

We generally loved the lodge. The sauna was great, we've never stayed in a lodge with one before and it was lovely and relaxing. The bed was also massive and extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the shower, the ease of parking and the location was absolutely stunning.

Cosy, perfect size for 2 adults and 2 dogs to stay. Had lots of amenities and equipped sufficiently. Hot water worked well and shower pressure was good. Glad we chose no1 as it was semi-detached and at the end of the terraced lodge. Hosts were friendly and we saw them around on the property so it was nice to know they were available if we needed anything. We enjoyed a bbq on the first night on the communal bench which had a section specifically for bbq’s. Views were lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, having dinner and enjoying the view.
Location was perfect for us to drive 5 mins to the nearest village for a scenic walk and late lunch at the local cafe. We may come back to do the more challenging hikes but we enjoyed our less-challenging visit this time!

I had wonderful stay at Woodland Pine Lodge along with family n friends. The location was great and it was easy to travel around the points of interest. Check in and check out was hassle free. I would love to visit again.
The lodges are amazing very clean and comfortable and Every thing you need is in there. The rooms are very comfortable. There is a nice playing area for the kids and there is a plenty of parking space
The staff are very friendly especially Glenda. We enjoyed our stay in the lodge and for sure we will visit again. The grocery store, supermarket, restaurants and coffee just less than 3 minutes driving.
The location was great, loads to do compared to some lodges we have stayed at and the dog walk was great. The walk to Killin was also great. The walk up to the lawyers dam was also a good walk from the carpark for Ben lawers.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location perfect for travelling all through the Highlands and a 5 minute drive or about 20 min walk into the village. Good parking and owners very friendly and helpful. Quiet location even though nearly all the lodges were full. Would certainly recommend as other holiday lets in this area are much more expensive and not as well located.
