The room wasn't the cleanest unfortunately
I had to upload ID for everyone intending to lodge there
I found all of these quite inconvenient and made my stay not very comfortable
Nothing.Not able to stay in booked room, ended up staying at Heathrow Airport as taxi could not locate on address given. No markings as to which house was the location and called number of premises and told by message lodgings was closed form 10.00.
